This project is made in collaboration with Jemimah Vaughan, after we discovered our common fascination for natural shapes, the societal and sentimental value of sharing food, and textile handicraft. Reflecting on our own friendship routine of sharing meals with each other, talking about art, and experimenting with textiles, led us to wanting to explore side by side a textile composition study that represents our subconscious quest to find the softness of nature in a harsh, concrete world.
